Within the building there is also the possibility to rent a gym and a relaxation room with an infrared sauna, fireplace, sitting area with kitchenette, toilet and two showers. The villa is completely fenced, equipped with an outdoor camera system and parking on its own land with remotely controlled gate. All apartments are connected to WI-FI. The villa is located within walking distance of the center of Jablonec n. N. and also the very popular Jablonec dam. It is a very quiet place by the forest. You can reach the regional capital Liberec by car in approx. 10 minutes and the outskirts of Prague in approx. 45 minutes.
